About this IFS professional:

I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor, qualified to work with adults, children & young people. When working with under 18's, my preference lies in counselling teenagers.

I have been working with people who have experienced trauma & addictions since 2010; this has included designing & delivering group work programmes, alongside 1-1 therapeutic work.

I find the gentle, non-pathologising approach of IFS to be a respectful way to build relationships with our parts, and in doing so to help them make their desired changes, release the burdens they hold, & bring about balance & inner harmony to the internal system.

I have a deep, and ever expanding interest in IFS & spirituality.
