About this IFS professional:
I am an attachment-based and IFS-trained psychotherapist. I work with adults who have experienced challenging pasts—often shaped by childhood trauma, neglect or emotional disconnection—supporting them to navigate painful emotions, self-sabotaging behaviours and unhelpful thought patterns that can hinder a fulfilling life. My therapeutic work includes both online sessions and walk-and-talk therapy. I love the IFS model as it really deepens the work, offering a compassionate and experiential way of understanding how protective strategies develop in response to attachment wounds, while enabling clients to relate to vulnerable parts of themselves with greater curiosity, care and compassion.
