About this IFS professional:

I offer online IFS therapy as a way of supporting adults who want to work on how they relate to themselves and their environment. My background is as an Integrative CBT therapist, and I find that IFS offers a perspective and a process that allow us to work with even the most challenging aspects of ourselves with compassion. I believe this has more transformative potential compared with the perspective of trying to change ‘unhelpful’ ways of thinking or behaving. I can still offer CBT therapy and use CBT tools when appropriate and requested by clients, whilst maintaining a vision of parts work.
