About this IFS professional:

I have been practising for 20 years as a therapist and 10 years as a supervisor (previous training: Humanistic Integrative). I work with individuals over 18. Specialisations: Relationships, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-esteem and many more.

My life experiences underpin my choice to be a therapist; it made no sense to do anything else. Just like it made no sense to do anything else than to immerse myself in the IFS model (personally and professionally) as soon as I received its gifts in 2019.

IFS is a respectful and tender way to deeply connect with conscious and unconscious parts of ourselves and understand how and why we relate to the world in the way we do. It enables significant shifts within, a strong sense of self, confidence to fully be who we are and everything that this can mean. The essence of the model continues to move me profoundly and it is an honour to share it with my clients.
