I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, with lived experience of complex trauma and neurodivergence. I really enjoy working with IFS as a gentle but powerful way of exploring and resolving complex traumatic memories. I particularly love working with neurodivergent clients – wherever you are in your journey, just exploring or recently diagnosed, I can help.
My approach is person-centred, you are in control, we go at your pace, and I am there to support you safely at each stage. I am experienced in supporting clients who have survived coercive controlling relationships, have had traumatic childhood experiences, or are simply struggling with difficult family relationships.
