About this IFS professional:
Currently I offer work to individuals (children, adolescents and adults)/families.
I have extensive experience (both as a psychologist and a play and sandplay therapist in the UK and abroad) in trauma and loss, domestic violence, alcohol/drug abuse, family work, behavioural issues, bereavement, fostering and adoption.
I integrate body, movement and parts work using both IFS (and sensorimotor psychotherapy) in my creative holistic approach (bottom-up with top-down approaches), with a compassionate lens in order to help the client to a greater self-awareness and healing and, therefore, connection with Self.
