I work in the UK and internationally as an IFS-trained therapist and accredited integrative counsellor/psychotherapist. I have experience of providing short term therapy in a charity setting alongside a small private practice offering a range of resources and approaches to meet each person’s unique needs.
I am passionate about working with IFS as it offers a unique way in which to heal past traumas and the deeper layers of pain that we carry in a compassionate and respectful way.
