About this IFS professional:

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, young people and adults experiencing all kinds of emotional pain and struggles.

Using a range of therapies such as IFS, I help clients uncover and witness their past emotional wounds by identifying and processing difficult, often buried feelings, sensations and memories.

Together, we then find more healthier and loving ways to let go of our inner burdens and access our inner resources, strengths and gifts so that we can start to experience ‘life’ in a way that serves us.
