About this IFS professional:

Adult clients who have experienced Trauma, Attachment Trauma, Complex/relational trauma along with anxiety, depression etc. I use IFS or with EMDR. Client groups: all but especially 18-25 year olds, workplace bullying. My clients and I have found IFS to be effective because it is non-pathologising. Trauma can cause an individual to have many parts working to keep that person functioning but sometimes the parts do not realise that the trauma is past and that they no longer need to protect that little one (exile) anymore. IFS helps the person see that for example they are not a ‘depressed’ or ‘anxious’ person; this is often a young part that needs to be seen & heard.
