About this IFS professional:
My passion for IFS and psychotherapy comes from seeing first hand how it has given my clients a completely new way of viewing themselves and their problems, and I love how IFS very easily brings evidence based skills such as compassion and gratitude.
I am particularly interested to help people working through spiritual and existential problems, whatever that may mean for you – perhaps big questions about what this life is about.
I worked for 1.5 years at a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre and I feel particularly welcoming to clients with addictions.
I have also worked in legal settings with psychedelics – working at retreats in the Netherlands and Mexico.
