About this IFS professional:

I often work with people who have experienced developmental trauma and, as a result, find themselves struggling with difficulties that fit within the Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) diagnostic framework. Many of my clients experience periods of dissociation, which vary from mild to extreme. Trauma-informed IFS can be so helpful in bringing a sense of inner coherence between parts of the self, and can support safely remembering and making sense out of traumatic experiences which may have been experienced only as fragments. Combining IFS with other models such as EMDR and CAT gives us a choice of approaches which can be woven together if helpful.
