Welcome! I am a warm and compassionate Senior Clinical Psychologist with 19 years’ experience of supporting individuals, groups and families. I hold a non-pathologising view of psychological distress and use a range of models flexibly and creatively to help people address their individual concerns and achieve greater well-being. I have a special interest in working with adults who have experienced developmental trauma bringing together relational theory, polyvagal theory and Internal Family Systems therapy, an honouring, powerful and effective approach rooted in neuroscience, to help people begin the deep healing process that relational trauma requires.
