I am a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals, families and groups. I have worked within the NHS and the charity sector, supporting people with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, shame and self-criticism. I hold a non-pathologising view of distress. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of self-criticism, people-pleasing or emotional overwhelm, often wondering why they can’t just move on.
Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space to gently explore what lies beneath these patterns and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been hurt or hidden away.
