I’m an experienced counselling psychologist who integrates Internal Family Systems with EMDR and other evidence-based approaches. I was drawn to IFS because I’ve personally experienced how transformative and compassionate the model can be, and I am fascinated by how our minds naturally organise themselves into ‘parts.’
My style is warm, curious and down to earth, creating a space where all parts are welcome. I work with people who have experienced trauma or difficult life experiences, helping them make sense of their inner world, to understand and care for their parts, and bring more ease and balance to their lives.
