About this IFS professional:
I am neuro queer and gender queer and have expertise in working with people with neurodiversity, including Autism and ADHD, and the LGBTQIA+ community, including trans and gender diverse folk. I worked for nearly two decades in the mental health field as a qualitative researcher, talking to a wide range of people about their mental health experiences and designing more inclusive and accessible interventions to support people in a vulnerable time in their life. I love working using IFS, it is a beautifully kind way of working with people, and supports people to have autonomy and inner care in relation to their own mental wellbeing.
