I’m a mental health counsellor specializing in body–mind integration, with a deep passion for Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I offer a somatic, compassionate approach—helping people reconnect with their inner world and listen to the messages held in the body.
I’m especially drawn to working with shame and guilt—those heavy, often hidden emotions that shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I also work with couples, helping them explore each other’s inner systems, improve communication and build deeper emotional intimacy.
