I am an accredited person-centred counsellor, now trained in IFS. I have been on the IFS journey since 2016. I find it effective for healing deep pain, particularly where there are parts of you that have encountered trauma and deep loss.
I work with adults over the age of 18. Coming from a broken home and attending a boarding school for ‘maladjusted’ children, I am familiar with the challenges life can bring.
My unhappy childhood led to me yearning to give something back in this world and I began studying for a certificate in part-time youth work at Brunel University. I loved it! It didn’t stop there! I went on to train in counselling, with a specialism in bereavement.
