Any wisdom or knowledge I have acquired has come out of personal necessity. Over ten years ago, I was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The suffering this disorder produced led me to seek out sources of healing. After years of searching, I found IFS Therapy. This discovery changed my life. I realised I was not mentally ill but, rather, I had inherited extreme protection of intense vulnerability. With the IFS Model, I began to heal my wounds, slowly but surely. Ten years on, I now have the honour of working with clients, many of whom are suffering like I suffered, befriending protectors and unburdening vulnerable parts, gently guiding them home to their core Self.
