About this IFS professional:
As I have travelled along, I have proceeded from working as a systemically trained family therapist. I have broadened my horizon to include trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive modalities in my practice.
My main focus is providing the holding and healing qualities of IFS to help clients take care of their inner world with their Self. My special interest is in couples counselling, which is a compassionate aspect of my work.
I add Systemic Constellations, Somatic Experiencing (SE)® and NARM™ to my repertoire, combined with playful approaches.
