About this IFS professional:
As an experienced therapist qualified and working in private practice, working with individuals and couples that are or have experienced different levels of trauma, I have found that IFS parts work is both gentle and dynamic in the way it works.
We all have a built-in ability to lock away and push down trauma; we need to be able to do this because if we didn’t we wouldn’t be able to live our lives. We get older but the traumatised parts are still there sending us negative feelings, thoughts or beliefs.
The work I do allows you to make contact with those parts that hold those wounds, unburden them and heal those wounds. This is all done at the client’s pace, in a space where all are welcome.
