About this IFS professional:
I am a Psychotherapist, Writer & Teacher based in East Sussex. As a Level 3-trained Internal Family Systems Therapist I also draw from other highly effective models including schema therapy, compassion-focused therapy, trauma therapies, somatic therapies, Buddhist psychology and mindfulness-based approaches in my work with clients. I specialise in helping people with the impact of childhood trauma, but work with a wide range of psychological problems.
