About this IFS professional:
As human beings we naturally at times feel overwhelmed, stuck, depressed, anxious, sad, fearful and lost. Therapy within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship can be transformative. I’m an experienced integrative therapist treating mental distress in the many ways it shows up. I work using Internal Family Systems and attachment-informed EMDR, both evidence-based models, also art psychotherapy. Therapy can be exclusively IFS or using these complimentary therapies in combination. I am here to walk alongside you, enabling you to live a fuller life in this present moment. Over the last fourteen years, I’ve worked with a broad range of clients in both the NHS and private practice.
