About this IFS professional:
I work in a large mental health hospital, specialising in the assessment and treatment of complex trauma, and also many other issues including depression, anxiety, OCD and eating disorders. I apply a holistic approach and intergrate various therapies such as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, EMDR and IFS.
My IFS training was completed in 2020 and has proven an increadibly effective addition to my practice. It is a very gentle, non-pathologizing approach which appeals greatly to my clients; both inpatient and in private practice. My practice is always client led using both IFS and EMDR interchangably, although I find that best clinical outcomes are primarily as a result of IFS.
