I work with adult individuals and bring over 15 years’ experience supporting people through many of life’s difficulties, including trauma, bereavement, anxiety and life transitions. I offer a respectful, compassionate space where you can gently get to know different parts of yourself, including those that may carry deep hurt or shape repeated patterns. I find Internal Family Systems to be a deeply effective approach, helping us reach and understand aspects of ourselves that other therapies may not always access.
