About this IFS professional:
Hi, I’m Caroline. I offer somatic IFS sessions that are gentle, relational and rooted in the body. I bring a background that blends education, movement and therapeutic practice. I worked as a secondary school teacher for over ten years before retraining, so I know what it’s like to hold complexity and juggle a noisy inner world. My sessions often weave together nervous system awareness, breath and embodiment with the core principles of IFS: curiosity, compassion and the belief that all parts are welcome.
