I’ve spent over 20 years working as a therapist in the NHS mostly with adults with a history of complex trauma.
Although I’ve trained in other therapies, I really love IFS! I find it to be such a compassionate and respectful approach to freeing from the multiple ways that trauma can affect lives. This beautiful model enables people to experience greater compassion for themselves, reduces shame and allows for deep change and healing.
