About this IFS professional:
I am a fully qualified and fully insured counsellor. I qualified in 2006 as a counsellor with a speciality in working with addiction and I have been practising across a range of settings as a senior counsellor, i.e health, rape crisis, looked after children. Although initially trained in the person-centred model, my practice over the years has evolved and deepened into a more integrated and holistic approach. I hold a deep belief that we all have an innate ability and drive towards health, healing and wholeness. I have a particular interest in supporting and guiding clients to finding that place of wholeness within themselves using a body-based understanding of Self and Parts.
