As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, my approach combines different dimensions – mental, physical and emotional – to tailor support to each person’s specific needs. These needs may include alcohol and substance abuse and its impact on the family, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, weight-management, smoking cessation, professional and relationship difficulties, or lifestyle improvement. I have completed training in French and English and continue to learn, in order to integrate recent advances in therapeutic models.
