About this IFS professional:

I have worked in private practice since 2009 as a Psychotherapist with adults experiencing a wide range of relational or attachment related problems. Clients often describe feeling locked in protective circles that do not allow them to move on in their lives.

The use of IFS allows me to work actively with clients in a creative way, promoting their access to their self energy and their many parts, to deepen their emotional experience of their inner worlds and make self defined change. I find IFS to be an extremely relational and empowering therapy. IFS builds clients’ connection to their own systems, therefore promoting and consolidating their ability to deepen connection in the wider world.
