I bring compassion, honesty, curiosity, and depth to support people through life’s challenges.
The client experiences I mostly work with are trauma and PTSD, neurodiversity, adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and grief.
My aim is to create safe, authentic, and courageous spaces where you can get to know and lighten the parts of yourself that are usually hard to be with.
Therapy with me is relational and experiential, helping you to find more clarity and connection. I draw on IFS, EMDR, and Polyvagal Therapy.
When not in therapy mode, I love adventuring outdoors and being a performing musician.
