About this IFS professional:
I’m Belinda Gidman-Rowse, an integrative, woman-centred Counsellor & Psychotherapist and Level 1 IFS-trained practitioner based in East Devon. Through my private practice, Grow Psychotherapy, I support women through life transitions, including pregnancy, motherhood and (peri)menopause. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in a humanistic approach with IFS at its core. In therapy, we explore the many parts of self that arise in the motherhood journey and wider female experience. With both clinical training and lived experience of motherhood and perinatal mental health, I offer a compassionate space to feel heard, make sense of your experiences and reconnect with confidence and self-trust.
