I offer a warm, accepting and collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. I practise Internal Family Systems (IFS); a compassionate approach that helps people understand and work with different aspects of themselves.
I have a particular interest in working with autistic and ADHD clients, including those exploring identity, self-acceptance, masking, overwhelm and belonging.
I also work with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, shame, burnout, life transitions, spirituality and questions of meaning and purpose.
