I’m an IFS L1 Trained therapist. I am also trained as an integrative therapist, using a variety of other models of therapy.
I am also a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advisor, sexual abuse therapist and safeguarding trainer.
I have used IFS with a variety of client groups and found it to be very effective. Most clients report feeling freer and more peaceful after a few sessions.
