I’m particularly drawn to working in the fields of intercountry adoption, foster care, early childhood and complex trauma.
My areas of expertise include attachment and dissociation, and I’m especially interested in how the body holds these early experiences.
I find Internal Family Systems (IFS) to be a deeply effective framework for helping clients access inner connection and Self-leadership. Combined with Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), which brings mindful awareness to the body’s expressions of experience, IFS supports healing that unfolds not only cognitively but also somatically — allowing safety, regulation and wholeness to naturally re-emerge.
