About this IFS professional:
I’m a PACFA-registered Psychotherapist working with adults and couples experiencing relationship distress, anxiety, depression, burnout, family conflict, attachment patterns and early relational wounds. I’m particularly interested in men’s and women’s mental health, including how gender expectations shape emotional expression and relationships, as well as perinatal couples navigating the transition to parenthood. I’m also attentive to bicultural Asian-Australian and immigrant experiences, cultural identity, intergenerational trauma and family dynamics. My practice integrates somatic approaches with IFS within a systemic, gender-sensitive and trauma-informed framework.
