I am a trainee therapist offering low-cost sessions online to clients in the UK and across Europe, from the Central European Timezone (CET). I also see a small number of clients in person in central Stockholm, Sweden.
My approach weaves Internal Family Systems (IFS) with my core training in Psychosynthesis, supporting clients to explore and welcome all parts of themselves with compassion.
