About this IFS professional:
I am a trauma informed therapist with 30 years of providing counselling, EMDR and Supervision in the NHS, voluntary and private sectors.
Although I maintain a person centred lens to my work, over the years I have trained in many modalities: Gestalt, TA, CBT, Object Relations. However, Internal Family Systems has brought a new lease of life to my practice and I am excited and happy to work with anyone wishing to explore themselves, loosen old habits, resolve inner conflicts or work through past traumas using this loving and inclusive way of working.
I value working with neurodiversity, difference and power issues coming from intersectionality as they arise in the therapeutic relationship.
