I’m Ania, an integrative psychotherapist working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, low self-esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, family difficulties, relationship problems and trauma.
I offer a space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more manageable and authentic.
Having lived in Poland, the USA and the UK, I understand how culture, identity and expectations can shape the way we see ourselves and our relationships. My work is informed by neuroscience and our understanding of how the brain and nervous system works.
