I am a qualified psychotherapist with nearly 30 years’ experience in education, H&SC, psychotherapy specialising in (complex) trauma, traumatic stress, PTSD, dissociation/fragmentation, attachment & neuroscience, somatisation, grief, autism/neurodivergence, etc.
I have come to deeply respect our inner selves and all the different facets that make us who we are. Having lived through all our experiences to where we are at present shows our inner resilience and our capacity for healing, even when on the surface it may look like the opposite.
I work with adult clients, individuals and couples. I work eclectically mainly influenced by IFS and IFIO.
