About this IFS professional:
I’m a qualified and experienced counsellor and now prefer Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my main way of working. I’ve found IFS to be particularly effective for people struggling with trauma, especially childhood abuse and neglect, domestic violence, sexual abuse, alcohol abuse and other addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, health issues, bereavement and grief. IFS safely finds a way to the hidden hurt, and can genuinely heal and make people feel better. I am experienced in working with the emergency services. Nothing is ‘too much’ for me to hear. I usually work online, or in-person from my counselling room in Blackburn in North West England. I can also offer telephone sessions.
