About this IFS professional:
Working predominantly from a person centred base, my aim is to always keep client’s current therapeutic needs foremost in mind. I am able to incorporate a wide (and growing!) range of therapeutic modalities into my work, the most recent addition to my practise being IFS.
I have found the uses and benefits of IFS have far outweighed anything I could have imagined when setting out on this journey a few years ago. It is an approach that offers a unique way of accessing and connecting with the wisdom we already hold, providing ways forward even to the most challenging of psychological stuckness.
My preference is to work with individuals over the age of 18 when using IFS.
