About this IFS professional:
I work with adults carrying long-held things — complicated griefs, the parts that learned to cope, to be quiet, to perform. Often my clients are high-functioning and quietly exhausted: they know the patterns, but knowing hasn’t been enough to shift them.
I have specialist training in trauma, baby loss and infant loss, and infertility — losses frequently underestimated and carrying a grief unlike any other. Having lived between countries and cultures, I hold a particular attunement to what it means to not quite fit the world around you.
I work in person in rural Northamptonshire, online, and walking in the open landscape near Greatworth.
