Hi I’m Alice
I have a particular interest in helping people with their traumas and difficult life experiences. I approach the work with creativity, inclusiveness and open-hearted listening to validate your experience. Working with me is collaborative and whole body so as to honour your whole self, helping you find you again.
As a Dyslexic AuDHD person myself, I enjoy using the creative thinking and expression to help everyone I work with, and I am passionate about using IFS with Neurodiverse people as it really speaks to the parts of us that have not been seen or there is little space for in a world not currently designed for us.
