About this IFS professional:
I have been working with Parts for over 20 years from within the Focusing framework as developed by Gene Gendlin. In the last 10 years this has led to me becoming increasingly interested in IFS through having my own IFS therapy, self-study and then training with the IFS Institute.
Building appreciation for our Protective Parts and letting them know about the presence of Self is tremendously transformative. All Parts welcome.
I am an experienced, qualified supervisor who also offers supervision for practitioners in private practice from an IFS perspective.
