I am an IFS practitioner, highly experienced in listening, coaching and counselling. I have previously worked in suicide prevention, end of life care and for the social sector.
I believe in the power of IFS, as one of the most recent and effective tools to better understand our emotions and to get over some blockages, while reaching more clarity and serenity. Much more than resolving problems and conflict, IFS is our best ally to enhance our relationship with ourselves and consequently with others.
My sessions are adaptative, can be in the short-term or longer-term, as a support role based on your needs.
